You grant Sydekiq.ai a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and display User Content solely for purposes of operating, securing, improving, and maintaining the Service.
You represent that you possess all rights necessary to submit and process User Content through the Service.
The Service, including all software, infrastructure, interfaces, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology, is owned by Sydekiq.ai or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or feedback, you grant Sydekiq.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYDEKIQ.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases.

Sydekiq.ai shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet outages, or third-party provider failures.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without prior written consent. Sydekiq.ai may assign these Terms without restriction.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Sydekiq.ai regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
